On November 15th, Russell Davis, Director of Global Student Recruitment, and Carleen Ben, Senior Student Recruitment Officer, visited Wanbang School to share with our students the opportunity that awaits at Duke Kunshan University. Speaking of their inaugural undergraduate class that includes our graduate Beomhyeok Lee, Russell shared how students that are adventurous and impactful will find their home at Duke Kunshan University. The session lasted through the student's typical lunchtime showing the passion both Russell and Carleen and our students expressed with this year's visit.
Duke Kunshan University – Overview
Duke Kunshan University is a Sino-American partnership of Duke University and Wuhan University to create a world-class liberal arts and research university offering a range of academic programs for students from China and throughout the world. A non-profit, joint-venture institution, Duke Kunshan University was granted accreditation approval by China’s Ministry of Education in September 2013 and welcomed its inaugural class of graduate students and undergraduate exchange students in August 2014.
In August 2018, Duke Kunshan University fully launched its four-year undergraduate degree program. The inaugural Class of 2022 consists of students from 27 countries, most of whom come from China and the United States.
