Middle School
The middle school curriculum consists of grades 7-9. Students who complete SIA in grades 6-8 transition to the middle school curriculum. In the middle school course, except for English classes, physical education, music, art, reading, special lectures, projects, and weekend elective classes, lectures are conducted in Chinese. This is to provide a special educational environment where all students can truly master English and Chinese at the same time through the process of learning Chinese subjects in Chinese beyond simply learning a new foreign language. For English, classes are divided to meet each student's English proficiency level.

- - WISE Classes that integrate English into multidisciplinary fields to increase English comfort and proficiency outside of the classroom.
- - Literary Circles to improve not just reading comprehension but stimulate curiosity and questions through deep discussions.
- - Academic Word List Mastery to better prepare for high school curriculum in English as well as standardized examinations.
- - Unique summer camp programs geared towards transition into SAP track.
